About Josyane Kengni, PMHNP

Josyane Kengni, PMHNP, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and CEO of Kema Health Services. Josyane provides outstanding in-office care in Frederick, Maryland, and telehealth care for patients in Maryland. 

Josyane earned her undergraduate degree at Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, and then completed her master’s in nursing at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

At Kema Health Services, Josyane provides psychotherapy and psychopharmacology using holistic, alternative, and integrative approaches. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients who struggle with mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. 

Josyane draws upon her vast experience as a highly trained medical specialist to rule out medical conditions before treating psychiatric disorders, and she always customizes treatment for each patient.
